What are my options for payment?


When you place a Lottoland bet or Scratchcard, payment will be requested from your Playable Balance on your Lottoland Account first.  If this balance is insufficient  then we will then seek payment from your Withdrawable Balance (winnings).  Any additional funds required to make the payment for the new submission will then be requested from your stored Bank Card or Bank Details.  If you have no details registered on your Account then you will be required to add new payment details.   

Deposit funds into your Account using the Add Funds credit package:


You can make a quick and easy deposit of funds into your Player Account, so allowing yourself a budget in your Balance.
To add funds please sign into your Account and click on 'Add funds' box located to the left of the 'Sign in' icon.
Here we offer the Credit Packages , where you select the amount you wish to deposit and then choose the payment method from the same list of options as above.
Follow the prompts for payment details and the deposit will be made for you.

Pay when placing a Lottoland Bet:
Lottoland can offer you a wide choice of options to make the payment for your Lottonand bets.

When making the payment during placing a bet, we offer Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, Skrill, PaySafe and UKash.

Once your bet is created and ready to submit, you will continue to the Shopping Cart and the above payment methods will be listed.
Just click on your preferred option and following the prompts.

Transfer funds from your bank account:

Finally, you may use the bank transfer option to deposit funds into your Lottoland player account. Our banking details are as follows:

On bank transfer deposits over £100 we make a 3% bonus to the funds received.

Please note that from outside Europe this isn't an automated process, to make a bank transfer or to withdraw money we require your full banking address details and your home address. 
At Lottoland we will not charge any fees for funds deposited or withdrawn via bank transfer, however your own bank may charge you for sending the money if from outside the EU/SEPA region, as well as for any applicable exchange rate costs.

Withdrawing deposited funds from your Lottoland Player Account

To withdraw money from your account, please contact Customer Service with your request via Live Chat or by e-mail at support@lottoland.co.uk.  Your account must be verified and your money can then be claimed back to your registered bank card or bank account details.
