How do I edit my registered personal details on my Player Account?

Can I make changes to the registered details on my account?

You are able to amend the registered e-mail address and password on your account.  To edit either of these, simply log into your account and select 'My Account' from the drop down menu.
Click on 'My details' and then 'Edit'.  Make your changes to you email or password and then click on 'Submit' to save the information.

I have just registered and there is a typo in my information.  What can I do?

Please contact us directly with the typo details and we will be happy to make the change for you immediately.  For small changes in your name or address no proof is required.

I have recently changed my name and need to amend the details on my account.

To make a change in the registered name on your Player Account we will require proof of identity for your new details.
Please provide one option from the following documents as a JPEG or PDF in order for us to make the amendment and verify your account:
1. Passport - details page
2. Driving Licence Photo Card - front (provisional licence is accepted)
3. ID Card - front and back

I have moved house.  Can you change my address for me?

We will be happy to make the change in your address for you.  
Please forward an image of a bank or utility bill with your full name and address shown. The letter must be dated within the last 2 months and the image must be in a jPeg or pdf format in order to upload successfully.  If you feel there is any sensitive information on the statement you wish to send please blank out these details as we are only interested in the address information.

My date of birth is incorrect on my account.  Please can this be changed?

If you wish to update your registered date of birth on your Player Account, please forward an image of one of the following documents.  
1. Passport - details page
2. Driving Licence Photo Card - front (provisional licence is accepted)
3. ID Card - front and back
All documents must be valid and in-date with the full outline shown and no part cut off.
Please provide all images as a jPeg or pdf. in order for them to upload successfully.

Can I change the currency on my account?

Unfortunately, once an account has been registered with a currency, this cannot be changed.  If you wish to make payments in a different currency in the future, please close your existing Player Account and then you can re-register a New Account with the preferred currency option.  If you wish to re-use the same e-mail address on your New Account, please message us and we can arrange this for you.
